Reflecting on 2024

Over the past year, we have grown in both scale and maturity. Not only has our team expanded by 36 members across 16 nationalities (pushing our workforce to 100+ team members), fostering diverse perspectives that drive better solutions, but we have also made significant strides in the finance and fintech sectors.

Alongside these successes, we faced challenges that emphasized the importance of operational efficiency and project management—areas we continue to refine.

Our focus in 2025

This year, we are doubling down on what we do best—delivering high-value, high-impact financial services and fintech solutions. Our goal is not just to be another service provider but also a trusted premium technology consultancy known for technical excellence and strategic problem-solving.

With a growing presence in the USA and Europe, we are expanding our client portfolio while continuing to bridge the APAC tech talent gap.

To support this vision, we are evolving our structure into two divisions: a technology consultancy arm and a strategic talent solutions division.

• Technology Consultancy Arm: This division will focus on leveraging deep domain expertise to help businesses modernize their systems, enhance security, and optimize user experiences. Our approach prioritizes long-term strategic partnerships, ensuring that our solutions meet immediate needs and position clients for future success.
• Strategic Talent Solutions Division: As the demand for top-tier tech talent grows, this division will focus on bridging the talent gap in the fintech and financial services industry. We will provide highly skilled professionals—whether through IT staff augmentation, dedicated teams, or leadership placements—to ensure our clients have the right expertise to drive innovation.

We’ll also be launching our own financial or AI solutions in 2025, expanding our impact beyond service delivery. By investing strategically in our own technology, we’re building tools designed to elevate success, not just support it.
