Project Manager

We're looking for motivated individuals who possess leadership skills; are able to coordinate effectively in a project team; have fantastic attention to detail; and who loves to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Create functional requirements specifications and user stories for projects in initiation.
• Design and create user flow diagrams. gantt and milestone charts.
• Oversee and lead teams to ensure that project scopes and milestones are met.
• Review project deliverables for completeness and quality, with minimal guidance.
• Create and update project reports detailing current progress, resources and client’s sentiment following the current standard industry practice.
• Communicate and manage stakeholder expectations and relationships effectively.
• Organizes the appropriate software development methodology rituals according to the project’s requirements.
• Conduct thorough risk assessment on assigned projects and determine the appropriate plan of action and contingencies.
• Motivate the assigned team and resolve any conflicts that may arise during the course of a project effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in management related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business or equivalent
• Good, clear, and concise communication skills with a strong command in spoken and written English
• Experience in managing projects with technical teams is a plus
• Self-reliant, excellent time management skills, and attention to detail
• Empathetic to client's grievances and feelings during product reviews
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Charismatic, persuasive, confident and approachable traits during client interactions
